All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During product launches or special promotions, preparation times may increase slightly due to high demand.

· Domestic Shipping (Spain)

Orders within Spain are delivered within 2-3 business days once the order has been shipped, with free shipping included.

· International Shipping

We ship to most countries within the European Union and other international destinations (including the United States).
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, usually between 3 and 15 business days.

International shipping costs are calculated during checkout before completing your purchase.

· Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

· Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

· Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Ecodecat  is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
